can u just help me to call output (array of strings, after doing stopwords elimination) from 1.m file and use it in another 2.m as output.
this is my stopwords code: (1.m)

this is my stemming code:(2.m)
function [stem] = porterdupe(y)

stem = simple(b);
if k > 2
% Output displays per step are commented out.
%disp(sprintf('Word to stem: %s', b));
x = step1ab(b, k, k0);
%disp(sprintf('Steps 1A and B yield: %s', x{1}));
x = step1c(x{1}, x{2}, k0);

You need to rename your 1.m to be named simple.m and you need to rename your 2.m to be porterdupe.m
Once you have done that,
t = simple();
stems = porterdupe(t)
