is anyone out there can help me about pole colouring and bottleneck assignment problem in MATLAB????

i'm doing a robust controller design that will use pole colouring to determine the state feedback matrix and also the bottleneck assignment. is anyone out there can help me? i also wanna draw the pole spread of the poles after selected the robust k.
