error in port widths and dimensions

hi frnds, i have a problem when developing a ema model, the problem occurs when iam trying to connect gates to pwm.the error is as follows

Error in port widths and dimensions. Output port1 of 'ema/discrete 3-phase PWM generator/Uref' has 6 elements, this port does not accept the dimensions (or orientation)specified by the output signal.

can anybody suggest how to set the dimensions in the simulink

Specific help can be given knowing the exact signal specifications. As this might be difficult to describe, providing the model (and data) is likely necessary.
