Problem with Fractional Fourier Transform code

I am attempting to use the Fractional Fourier Transform code "frft.m by meng 18 Apr 2013". Since I don't have the "sinc" function, I wrote my own but I can't get the fret code to work for fractional powers, Thanks Wade
