how to install Communications System Toolbox Support Package for RTL SDR Radio?

I need to install te RTL SDR support package for interfacing my RTL SDR with matlab. I'm getting an error as "Error getting support package information from mathworks.com. Your network connection may be down or your proxy settings improperly configured" Please help me. thanks

I have experienced a similar problem when installing the hardware support package for Raspberry Pi. Wait a few minutes and try to install the package again is the only solution.

If you are using a slow Internet connection, it would be better to just download the package first and do the installation later. Please find the detail steps to follow below.
