use a uniform random number generator to generate discrete random variable, X with outcomes 0,1,2,3and prob Px(i)=0.25,i=0,1,2,3. Generate N realizations of X and compute empirical estimate of pobability of each outcome , ^Px(i)=0.25,i=0,1,2,3 for N=100, N=10000
