how can I extrapolate data for matrix

Hello everyone, I have a 715 by 715 matrix and part of it has data equal to zero ( which mean no values comes from experiment), I need to extrapolate data to fill this part. Could you tell me the best way to do that? the attached file is an example of the matrix.

There are a lot of different ways to interpolate or extrapolate. I recommend you look at John D'Errico's File Exchange contribution inpaint_nan
