Buttons, sliders, and scrool bars look different when compiling under R2015b

I am developing a GUI App under MATLAB R2015b (Windows). When I compile the app the look/feel for many of the components is very different from what I see when running the uncompiled code from within MATLAB. This is the fist version of MATLAB where I have seen this behavior...in previous versions the compiled app looked identical to the uncompiled version. Is there some sort of setting in the Compiler that I need to adjust to ensure that the compiled app has the same look/feel?

R2015b Compiler doesn't work well for us either so we still use R2015a. Pushbuttons don't render at all in an R2015b executable when I have used it.
