Installing problem, error 1.523

Dear Matlab community,

I am a student in TU Delft (thus I have a license from the university). I am trying to install Matlab on my computer but when I try to log in into my account in the MathWorks installer I get an error that I have not verified my account (error 1.523). That does not allow me to proceed with the installation of the software.

I have verified my account - I also tried using the verify link again but is not processing it (since my account is verified).

-- I have already activated my license from the university.
