When I use terminal to run the matlab, the error message appear on the screen as:

我也遇见这个问题了 我是2016b版本的 但是没有找到上边说的 libstdc++.so.6 这个文件。没有解决,怎么才能解决这个问题啊?

This crash could be because of libstdc++.so.6 library. See if this link helps

I had the same problem with Matlab R2015a when upgrade Ubuntu 14.04(LTS) to 16.04(LTS). Renaming the libstdc++.so.6 to libstdc++.6.old worked for me too.

Yes rename the libstdc++.so.6 also works for me.

where to find this libstdc++.so.6 file in RHEL 7 operating system?
