GUI uitables and complex number trailing zeros

I have a GUI that contains a uitable
Is there any way to have the complex numbers of the form '0.5+0.5i' rather than the excessive trailing zeros? But also being able to retain the ability to edit the values and for the updated uitable to recognize them as complex variables.
