LS-SVM Training

I'm trying to make an LS-SVM model with large data sets, and the MATLAB LSSVM tool kit has fortunately presented a way to train large data sets easier. unfortunately, I am also handling multiple outputs which the function ridgeregress cannot handle.

Is there anyway to train large data sets with multiple outputs easier? thanks in advance.
