Can anyone tell me how to implement and determine a slope for a curve ?

I´m not experience in matlab, can anyone tell me in this plot how to implement in code or calculate the slope of the blue curve or red curve ? To give me expression of slope?
For example i would like to know the slope of the blue curve between [25;75] (A) ?

The red curve does not appear to exist below 50; are you asking for interpolation?
