Reconstruct derivative from angle modulus 2 pi

Hello, I'm wondering if it's possible to reconstruct a derivative from a calculated angle modulus 2 pi in Simulink in such a form that the resulting value is usable in a time-continuous simulation, without resorting to time-discrete boundaries. I've been thinking about this for a while and concluded, that there would have to be a built-in support in the integrator algorithm for this, really, but I'm not 100% sure. Can you come up with a solution maybe?
