How can i Choose the Frequency Vector in the QFTCT Toolbox

Good Morning

im trying to make a QFT control using the toolbox QFTCT, im trying to make a control for my quadcopter, exactly the Pitch Angle (using 2 motors)

i dont know if that frecuency vector means the response of the brushless motors, or the Angle, someone can help me?? thanks
