writing rules

I have a dataset,divided into 5 folds ,i have coded for membership function,now i have to write Rules,can i write rules through coding(M-file),or i have to use fuzzy tool box,i am woking on accurate cancer classification for long time,unable to produce result,LYMPHOMA dataset,
