How can I apply a transformation on the regular grid as shown below? transformation has to be with respect to the center at the lower left hand corner whose coordinates are (xc, yc) which are not necessarily zero

It looks like that you need find a conformal map to this end. Please see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conformal_map
