How do i check, where a curve gets constant after certain time period in 8760 hours graph

In a time series of 8760 hours, a curve is fluctuating and after a certain time period the curve becomes constant at one value and continues with approximate value till the end. How do I figure out that point exactly? Is there a specific code that I can use?

Look at

delt=diff(y);

and where does it become close to zero for a period. Using find with the k,'last' optional parameters might be of some help as well. Showing a specific set of data could undoubtedly aid...
