How can I make a mask for this boundry?

Hi I have this boundry for my image. I want to find the mask for it. the problem is the boundry is not continuous and it has some gaps. So I do not know how to fill it!! can you please help me? Thanks.

It may just look like it has gaps. Did you actually look at it in the variable editor? Anyway, to get a list of continuous (x,y) coordinates of the boundary, threshold the image and then use bwboundaries(). To get an image of the boundary, use bwperim(). It just depends on what form you want the boundary in - an image or an N-by-2 list of (x,y) coordinates.
