while running reverberation code for some files getting error ?

while running reverberation code for some files getting error as

   Error using ML_RT_estimation (line 121)
  remove_from_avg(1) larger than given speech signal

Error in main_RT_estimation_example (line 143)
[rt_est,rt_est_mean,rt_est_dbg] = ML_RT_estimation(s_rev,simpar);

so please tell me how to remove this error
