how to differentiate two blobs extracted from image

i have two images in here, how can i defferentiate them (other than area, variance, size) ps:the first one is reflexion of light image 1:

Virtually whatever you can think of to measure will be different between those two images. Do you care what you measure? If not, just pick the mean R, G, and B gray levels and go with that. If that doesn't work, then you need to explain what would work for you.
