How to creat a pop up message in a certain time ?

I'm making a multi functional clock, and one of the things that i'd like it to have was some sort of reminder function where the user can input a certain time and date and at that time , the program open a pop up message with something that the user had inputed before, can someone help ?

have you tried msgbox command
