Unable to change password

I forgot the password and I got the temporary password . Even though I choose the password according to given instructions , it keeps saying that "You must provide a valid password". I am therefore unable to change the password and continue my installation. Please help. Thanks

I have the same issue using this site: https://ch.mathworks.com/mwaccount/profiles/password/reset
Any information on how to proceed?

you need clear all cookies of browser.
