I am working on knee MRI images. I need to extract the features of knee MRI. Is it necessary to extract all features of the knee for segmentation of cartilage?

Please stop posting the same question. That you are in a hurry for an answer is not relevant.

John, there was a Mathworks server problem this morning that prevented people from seeing that their question had been posted.

All features? No. There are an immense number of different features that can be calculated. The theoretic number of features that can be calculated is infinite, the same as the number of different functions on N variables where N is the number of pixels. With finite precision the number is theoretically finite... but the number is so immense as to be out of all practical range for more than one pixel.
Determining the useful features to use is a matter of considerable research and will continue to be for decades. But you can read research papers about what features people have used and ponder whether they are likely to be beneficial to you.
