Simulink and workspace interaction

Hello everyone, i wanted to ask something regarding simulink and workspace interaction. Lets say i have a simple simulink model, is it possible to also retrieve the same values that are going in the Scope inside the model into the workspace, in order to make a plot that will update in real time?
