The data that I'm graphing shows up very small compared to the overall size of the graph, and when I try to zoom in it only resizes to fit the original dimensions of the plot. I tried changing the factor of the numbers I was graphing, but only the scale changes without making the graph any bigger or clearer. Is there any way I can resize the graph/the data to make it more visible?

That depends entirely on the data (that we don’t have). Assuming all of your data are greater than zero, experiment with loglog, semilogx, or semilogy.
