How to calculate objective function value of multiple threshold values

I am working on a multilevel thresholding algorithm and modified it according to my project requirement.

I have created an array of multiple threshold values, say : 37 42 55 158

Now i want to calculate the objective function value of these threshold values.

Will you tell me how will i get it?

Is there any equation using which i can calculate the objective function value?

What do you want to do with the multiple thresholds? What would the objective function be used for?
