how to get variable 3d position to a object in motion in video with 2 camera?

I record 2 video from different angle to obtain a 3d view to my object but I want to obtain a picture like the figure (c) in axe (x y z) and the position of the object in a specific time that I will choose
and I use the function of multiple object tracking in this link to track object in motion:http://www.mathworks.com/help/vision/examples/motion-based-multiple-object-tracking.html
