read .wav file in PsychToolBox

Hi.. I know in the PTB to show an image onscreen you must enter im=imread(photo.jpg); Screen('PutImage', winID, im); Screen('Flip', winID);

How do I play a .wav file? I assume it's something similar to this where I have to "read" the file.. Thank you!!!
