Multinomial Logit Model regression

I have been trying to follow a matlab code for estimating the coefficients for a multinomial logit model with no luck. I would really appreciate some guidance. My model has: Dependent Variable y as land use choice (from1 throug h5). Independent variables (x): 1- Forest Returns. 2- Pasture Returns 3-Crop Returns 4-Slope 5-(Dummy Variables )Year 01 6- (Dummy Variable) Year 06
