Create workspace BusObject from Bus creator block in simulink

Hello dear community,

I have a problem by using the command Simulink.Bus.createObject. I want to automatically create a workspace BusObject of my Bus creator in Simulink (as in the example http://de.mathworks.com/help/simulink/slref/simulink.bus.createobject.html ). Now I have the problem that I get this error message: The actual error message is: Invalid Name 'Ecu_WssFL_Edges[-]' specified; Name must be a valid identifier that starts with an alphabetic or '_' character......

I get the point that square bracket is the problem. But as my bus contains hundreds of signals with this brackets I don´t want to change the names by hand. Do you probably know any workaround how to avoid this error message or do you have any other suggestion?
