Belt Pulley vs rope drum

Hi, Basically I have two questions about belt pulley and rope drum: Why in belt pulley I can´t have in the wrap angle more than 360 degrees, suppose that I want to winding up steel cable? which one I have to use belt pulley or rope drum? And the second question is: Why in rope drum they don´t have an option to put the contact friction coefficient?
