using logninv to have a distribution

I'd like to have several dimensions of samples whose total number of samples is 1e22. All these samples are distributed in various sizes as the average size is 9-third

I did not understand how to do this with this function logninv i don't understand with this don't works: logninv(1e22,3e-9,0.5) with 0,5 the standart deviation
