Can Mask Editor Dialog box can have panels side by side instead of tabs?

I would like to have Mask Editor Dialog box panel display side by side instead of tabs. In the following example, I have two tabs - tab a and tab b. In this example ofcourse number of parameters are less.
If there are more parameters, then I would like to have two panels side-by-side instead of having two tabs. Having two panels side by side allows to have better overview.
