XYZ visualization, Cubes with points, meshgrid

Hello. This is Eunji. I am not quite unfamilar with the Matlab program.

So I ask for you about 3D visualization. I have 1000m x 1000m x 60m data and I divided this data into 1m X 1m X 1M cubes (many..)

Inside each cubes, there are different number of points.

So, I want it to make cubes which contains points like as shown below(figure.a).

Please help me or advice for this issues.
