How to handle the two input arguments, which will be in same folder.

Hi, My matlab-exe having 2 input Arguments say,File1.csv and File2.csv Name of 'File1.csv' will be changing at every next cycle (To avoid clash). And name of ' File2.csv' will remains same always and has to be identified from the path specified in 'File1.csv' New Path will create at every new cycle for file2

Both files will be available in same folder. Please suggest me to solve this .....
