i have the mask of the border now i need to remove the border in the original image how can i do it?

Define "mask of the border" and "remove". For example, is the mask of the border the big black regions at the left and right of this edge image? Or just the single pixel wide circle perimeter? Does "remove" mean "set to black" or "crop" or something else?

Wide circle perimeter on both sides.. I want dem to be zero..

Without knowing what you mean precisely when you say "border of the original image" I'd try using imerode to peel away layers of your mask that would equal the thickness of the border. Then multiply the eroded mask with your image to remove the border. Hope this helps.
