dynamic array structure creation help

Hi i have a big cell matrix which has both numeric and text data but all are in cell format for now.

Now i want to produce 'n' matrices basically assigning 0's and 1's for the condition that i want to set it to.This matrix is supposed to be dynamic i.e should have n array's based on the number of files which can be known..

How can i store this conditional data on the same name of vector... because if i do a for-loop it will say A(i) should have equal number of element in B

i know i phrased this question in a weird manner.Please feel free to ask questions for more clarity.
