Invalid File Identifier Error in Simulink Model (directory path error?)

Hello!
I've recently formatted my pc, and now my Simulink model is giving me this error message when I try to run it:
Error evaluating 'InitFcn' callback of block_diagram 'PAC2002_Tire_Model'.
Invalid file identifier. Use fopen to generate a valid file identifier.
It might be a problem of working directory, even though I tried naming my pc the exact same it was before. The folder containing the model and all the files it addressed to was just on my desktop, and that's where it is located right now. Can someone please help me with this problem?
