Can I train 2 input data with 1 target data within the same network?

I have data set A and data set B, both of them are 5x56 matrix, and my target data = eye(56), so now can I train the data within the same neural network? I am using nntool. I'm very expecting someone to offer me a solution. Thank you.

What does an output of 1 mean ? 0 ?
