hello, is there function of swarm particle optimization(PSO) I looked for , and found http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/29519-pso
can I add it and use it

Yes you can. The only way you couldn't would be:
  • It's OS dependant and you're on the wrong one.
  • It requires products you don't have due to licensing or release.
Try it and find out! Download it, add it to your path (doc addpath) or paste it in your MATLAB folder in your documents.
