Can ZernikeCalc function be modified to create off-axis Zernikes?

I've been using the ZernikeCalc function to generate Zernike surfaces. I'm wondering, can I generate off-axis surfaces with this function?

For example, can I generate defocus (spherical cap) where the pole of the cap is not at the center of the map?
