PSD plot of a spatial data

Hello, I have a sample of spatial data containing 1200 data points measured at intervals of 0.5 cm starting from 0cm to 600 cm. How can i plot the "PSD vs frequency" and "PSD vs wavenumber" in loglog scale? total time to collect the data was 20 seconds. Thank you.
