how to have different update rate of blocks in same simulink model ?

Hello,
I have different subsystems controlling the inner loop and outer loop for navigation. The inner loop is running at 10 Hz but I want to run the outer loop at much slower rate about 0.5 Hz. Is there a way to do it ? Both the inner and outer control loops are inter-related.
