UDP to Serial Comms

I have a MATLAB program which receives serial data however it has to receive it from another program which transmits UDP. How to easily connect UDP to serial in MATLAB? - I could write a receive program for UDP in MATLAB, but I want to avoid doing this, just create a UDP to serial redirector or similar.
