How to execute a file containing mysql code in Matlab?

Hi,
Is to possible to execute a MySQL code file in Matlab? I would like to do something like: exec(conn,SOURCE myfile.sql )
where myfile.sql is a file containing some mysql code (e.g. code to create tables, upload data...).

If you have the Database Toolbox installed, you can use the runsqlscript function.
