Integrating Libraries with Simulink Project and Git

I have 2 Simulink projects that would like to use components from a shared in-house Simulink library. The Simulink Projects are using git for revision control.

What is the best way to integrate a separate, custom company specific library with multiple Simulink Projects? Is there a good way to maintain revision control on the Simulink library?
