Phase MRI, image ehancement.

Apologies if stupid question. Newb to MRI images here.

I have some phase MRI images trying to analyze and select ROI's from to do some processing on. The tech didnt turn on the Magnitude images so I only have phase images for slices. It's pretty hard to see shapes in the images and I was wondering if there is any transformations or ways to combine the images to get a better visual image? I have about 11 images per series, the images are 512x512 Siemens images and the shape I am trying to find if within a ROI of only about 50x50 so its pretty pixelated even if I had magnitude images.
