Can not install EXE file in computer

Hello: I use 'Application Compiler' to build an exe file in March this year. I could successfully install it on two computer (Windows7) in March and April. But when I install this exe file yesterday and today in the same computer, The installation could not be completed. There show an dialog box. I have attached a captured images to show you the content of the dialog box. Please send me the solution to my Email address (<mailto:fliao@noble.org fliao@noble.org>) as soon as possible.
