Hi,
I'd like to smooth a curve with its peaks (enclosed "initial.fig") to obtain something like the second enclosed figure ("expected result").
Any ideas please to help me with the command or the function to apply to achieve this?
By the way, i don't have the "curve fitting toolbox"

I have no idea what the plots mean, what process created them, or how you would model them. There doesn’t seem (to me) to be any relationship between them, other than their approximately equivalent location on the x-axis.

In fact there's no relationship between the 2 curves. however if i link the local maxima of initial.fig and smooth it, the shape of the expected result must resemble to second enclosed figure. Any ideas to this please?
